Get plenty of exercise because exercise helps build your immune system. Walk for at least hour a day, go for a swim, take the stairs instead of the elevator, etc.
Wash your hands often. If you can’t wash them, keep a bottle of antibacterial
stuff around. Wear a mask when out in public places and avoid going out in public as much as possible while the swine flu is spreading. Get lots of fresh air. Open windows whenever possible. Get plenty of rest. Try to eliminate as much stress from your life as you can.
OR …. You can take the doctor’s office approach. Think about it, when you go
for a shot, what do they do first? Clean your arm with alcohol.. Why? Because
alcohol kills germs. So…… I put on my mask, walk to the liquor store (exercise), I put lime in my Corona (fruit), celery in my Bloody Mary (veggies), drink on the bar patio (fresh air), get drunk, tell jokes, and laugh (eliminate stress) and then pass out (rest). The way I see it, if you keep your alcohol levels up flu germs can’t get you!!!!

I meant to reply to this when I saw it. I was thinking about putting it in my blog.
Was just curious if pork sales had gone down at your store, G? I had noticed several sales at the local supermarket.
I don’t eat a lot of pork, or I’d take advantage of the lower prices.

I like these sort of things, reminds me of that mess I used to do with iframes on the msn groups site. Not that I really miss the msn experience, but I do miss going back and looking over some of the old posts and threads we had, not to mention some of the old pics and things stored there in the documents. Just the other day I was looking for some old photos of a turtle that was in our yard years back the day before a tropical storm/hurricane was supposed to hit and I made a little funny story out of it on a custom page, long gone now and I couldnt begin to know where the original pic is as it was from one of the first cheap digital cameras I had back on the old pc that had windows 98 on it, long gone now.
Sorry I got sidetracked before I answered your question,
I do that a lot.
No I havent noticed pork slaes being down at all really, even though I have had a lot of questions about pork being safe to eat. And yes it is for those who don;t know ( unless I suppose you are eating the raw lung of an infected pig! LOL ) ok that was gross… nevermind
I’ve not noticed a decline in sales because of the swine flu outbreak, but I have seen a big increase in pig jokes! lol here’s one that really cracked me up.

That graphic is funny; I bet I’ve seen it at a dozen sites already and got it in a couple of emails. Have you seen the one of the little kid kissing the pig? The caption says “Now you’ve killed us all!”
I’ve still got my radio iframe “cruisers” and adapted them to my home page/TV listings that I leave on a lot while I play games waiting on a show to come on.
I was thinking about applets earlier when I found one to “showcase” in my blog for tomorrow or the next day’s posts; it’s a hosted one. I went looking for what I had saved from the Fun site and found some old applets I had made with jar files and wish I could contact Banacado to show him that I DID manage to put the graphic and sound files in the archive and made them work.
I’m a little annoyed that my Google site is going to be discontinued; that’s where I was hosting some of my files I used in certain posts, darn it.
Say, I d/l the newest version of Firefox and just the other day was listening to my fav. latenight talkshow host and he said he had gone through several crashes with it, and had to revert to an earlier version. It wasn’t an hour later when my browser crashed and crashed again yesterday. That’s the first I had ever had any major problems with it since I started using it full time.
